For all of our clients and loyal readers of our blog – I am hoping it’s been a good year. The end of December is a good time to reflect and think forward to the next year, but over all – have good things happened in your business?
If you are new to TransAct, then we hope we have been a part of a positive change in your business. If you have been with us for a while, we will continue to work with you to serve your needs and be proactive in your business.
We have grown in 2016, adding new clients, staff to support and expanding into new industries. We have increased our equipment offerings, added back-end functionality and brought on new partners who can help our clients with extended service desk support hours, plus online chat and a new website!
In 2017 we will have more to offer, new mobile processing platforms designed to suit a wide variety of business sizes from entry level like pop up boutiques, food trucks and restaurants. We will continue to serve and improve our support for businesses offering professional services: tax preparation, CPAs, legal and medical providers, as well as home service providers, like painters, emergency clean up, lawn and landscaping companies.
With our clients in mind, we keep learning and seeking new ways to serve you. It is what makes us happy and satisfied – even if we have to work extra hours to go the extra mile to provide the TransAct personalized level of service.
So whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa or simply time with family and friends – we hope that this season has been a good one and we are looking forward to next year!
